Terms of sale

These terms apply to the WantedWise Playbook and the 1v1 coaching sessions offered on WantedWise.

• The Playbook is sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which is the merchant of record: Link takes the payment, sends you the receipt and invoice, applies the VAT or sales tax of your country and handles refund requests, under its own terms, shown on the payment page.
• Avrankou OÜ (Estonian Commercial Register no. 17523819, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia) writes the Playbook, delivers it, sends you its updates and answers your questions.
• 1v1 coaching is sold directly by Avrankou OÜ.

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included.

Age

GTA is rated PEGI 18 and ESRB M (Mature 17+). Purchases are for adults, or minors with written consent from a parent. For coaching, the parent is informed of the session.

The Playbook

• What you buy: a PDF guide and a tracking spreadsheet, in the language you choose (French, Spanish or English). Unofficial guide, independent of Rockstar Games.
• Price: €15 including tax, shown before payment. Stripe may offer to charge you in your own currency; the exact amount is then shown on the payment page before you confirm.
• Delivery: instant. The download links appear after payment and are emailed to the address you paid with. You can request your links again at any time from the confirmation page, or by emailing contact@wantedwise.com.
• Updates: when an important figure changes, we send you the new version free of charge, to your purchase email address, until June 30, 2027. Your links always give you the latest version.
• Content: in-game figures are sourced and dated; Rockstar can change them at any time. WantedWise has not yet verified the guide in-game, as its first page says. No in-game earnings are guaranteed.
• License: the files are for your personal use only. Please don't share or resell them. Access to the links ends if the payment is refunded or disputed.

1v1 coaching

Session on video call or Discord, on the date agreed by email. We never access your game account and never play for you. No in-game result is guaranteed. A session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. For the Playbook, digital content delivered instantly, you tick a box before payment to request immediate delivery and expressly waive this right: it ends as soon as the download is made available to you. If the file doesn't open, is incomplete or doesn't match its description, email us: we fix the problem or accept the refund. Link may also handle a refund request under its own terms.

For coaching, if you book a session within those 14 days, you accept that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the session has taken place.

Contact and disputes

Please email contact@wantedwise.com first: most issues are solved within a day. Otherwise, you can refer the matter free of charge to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee) or to the consumer dispute body in your country. These terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of the protection granted by the law of their country of residence.
