Terms of sale
Terms of sale for the WantedWise ebook and 1v1 coaching sessions: price, payment, age, cancellation and refunds.
These terms apply to the ebook and the 1v1 coaching sessions sold on WantedWise by Avrankou OÜ (Estonian Commercial Register no. 17523819, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia), "the seller". Prices are shown in euros, taxes included.
Age
GTA is rated PEGI 18 and ESRB M (Mature 17+). Purchases are for adults, or minors with written consent from a parent. For coaching, the parent is informed of the session.
Ebook
Downloadable PDF file, sent by email after payment. Unofficial guide, independent of Rockstar Games. The in-game figures it contains are dated: Rockstar can change them at any time.
1v1 coaching
Session on video call or Discord, on the date agreed by email. We never access your game account and never play for you. No in-game result is guaranteed. A session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw. For the ebook, this right ends on download if you asked for immediate delivery and expressly waived it. For coaching, if you book a session within those 14 days, you accept that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the session has taken place.
Contact and disputes
Please email contact@wantedwise.com first: most issues are solved within a day. Otherwise, you can refer the matter free of charge to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee) or to the consumer dispute body in your country. These terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of the protection granted by the law of their country of residence.
